Lindsay Neilson FRICS

Chairman

Lindsay is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors having qualified as a general practice surveyor in 1972. He has project-managed numerous commercial and industrial buildings throughout his career. He founded Neilson Projects Services in 1989, and through the success of his own consultancy practice led to corporate partnerships with Winro and the Land Group, where he remains a Board member. Lindsay’s main experience is in funding and project management of private and public sector developments, and looking after major clients’ corporate interests.

Oliver Neilson BA(hons) MSc

Director

Oliver oversees all operations at Neilson Projects. He has worked in the property industry for 15 years beginning his career in fund management and specialises in development, project management, portfolio management and bank monitoring. He works on behalf of major banks and financial institutions and continues to provide specialist property development and management advice to a number of private sector, education and non-profit organisations.

Colin Forster BSc MRICS

Consultant Building Surveyor

Colin qualified as a chartered building surveyor in 1985, building an impressive portfolio of private sector clients. He has acted in all fields of building surveying notably defect diagnosis, dilapidations, party wall, insurance valuations and development monitoring. Clients have included the English National Opera, Sheikh Yamani, Hitachi Europe, Credit Suisse and NatWest Bank. Prior to joining Neilson Projects he worked entirely in the private sector across a broad range of companies.

Karen Banks

Accounts Manager

Karen oversees the administration department and accounts, having been with the Company for over 10 years. This includes service charge invoicing, management enquiries and accounting.
